Made with patience. Worth the wait.

Bella Gems started with a simple idea: candy that looks as good as it tastes. Our 琥珀糖 (Kohakutou) is handcrafted using a Japanese agar-based process. It takes 10 days for the crystals to form, and we wouldn't want to rush it.

The result is a crunchy crystallised shell, a soft jelly centre, and a colour so vivid it looks like something you'd find in a jewellery cabinet. 100% vegan. 100% handmade. Proudly South African.
